Kuvaus: Apartment building roof rehabilitation in Matosinhos, Portugal. The roof was 20 year old asbestos boards over metal structure. The area has a total of 650 m² and the system used included the application of 6 cm PIR thermal insulation boards mechanically attached and followed by the waterproofing membrane with KÖSTER TPO 1.5 mechanically attached as well. All the surrounding walls had also an insulation as well as KÖSTER TPO membrane and finished with the KÖSTER TPO Metal sheet. All the chimneys were also completely covered with the insulation and the KÖSTER TPO membrane.
